Cancelling before installation
If you signed your agreement in your home or anywhere other than our place of business, Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 gives you the right to cancel a direct agreement for any reason within 10 calendar days of receiving your signed copy. Cancel within this period and any deposit is refunded in full. To cancel, contact us by phone or in writing.
After the 10-day cooling-off period, deposits may be applied to materials ordered specifically for your home; we will tell you before any amount becomes non-refundable.
After installation
Because each system is measured, cut, and fitted to your specific roofline, completed installations cannot be returned. Instead, your installation is covered by our workmanship warranty and the product warranty confirmed in your written agreement. If something is not right, contact us and we will repair or replace defective components in accordance with that warranty.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable law.
